▪️ Led product strategy and roadmap development for IFEMA MADRID’s digital platform, navigating a high-stakes, complex environment to create a scalable, multi-year plan. Within the first year of launch, achieved substantial engagement and adoption, with:
▪️ Spearheaded the design and prototyping of an advanced workflow system for an international client in the air traffic control sector, aimed at optimizing high-stakes environments. The project incorporates touch-screen solutions, task automation, and communication enhancements to improve operational efficiency and reduce cognitive load.
